Bill is a web-based mobile billing solution that frees Anaesthetists, from the limitations of collecting stickers and practice/hospital based patient systems.

Bill can be accessed from anywhere at any time via PCs, MACs, iPads, iPhones and Android and Windows SmartPhones to enable more timely and accurate recording of billing details. Anaesthetists can easily and quickly edit or capture patient and billing details in the theatre, in their rooms, at home or even in the taxi on the way to the airport!

Bill now interfaces with Access Anaesthetics (AA) Practice Management Software to provide an end-to-end electronic billing and recording IFC solution.

1. Stand alone

a) Secretary, Billing Service or Anaesthetist enters cases in Bill.

b) Anaesthetist completes cases in Bill.

c) Secretary or Billing Service:

i. Import or enter data into MBS, CE Software etc and submit electronically to Health Funds, Medicare & DVA via Eclipse OR

ii. Create invoices/receipt in Bill.

2. End-to-end electronic billing and IFC recording solution - with Access Anaesthetics

a) Secretary or Billing Service quotes and schedules cases in AA.

b) Anaesthetist completes cases in Bill.

c) Secretary or Billing Service process case in AA and submit electronically to Health Funds, Medicare & DVA via Eclipse.
