I ordered a Schmik swim parka for my grandson's birthday gift. He has just started serious swimming lessons and gets cold quickly in between swims. My daughter suggested a 'swim coat' so i did what any grandmother would do and asked google for advice! The Schmik parka looked the best out of all the options. I especially liked the fact that he could zip off the sleeves if necessary. Well, he loves it! No more shivering in a wet towel and he can jump into the car afterwards and not get the car seats wet! I bought a bigger size as he is 11 going on 16 lol and growing like a beanpole! I think I will be buying them for all my grandkids upcoming birthdays. The quality is excellent and he loves the colour of it too. Its a far better choice than toys :)

I bought these for my grandchildren. One of them lives in Austria. She loves the water but even with their hot summer, when you get out of the glacial water it's freezing. She is now the envy of everyone with her mermaid parka. The zip off sleeves allow for freedom of movement while the parks provides warmth and insulation.
